hi there guys just looking for some info on changing the water pump on a mondeo mk3 tdci 130bhp. is it pretty much the same as the ford wiki on the 115bhp engine, as my engine looks abit different. also how easy is it to loosen the tension on the drive belt? garage have quoted me 2 hours labour @£40+vat an hour but if it is not that bad to

the tddi is less refined than the tdci common rail,with a 2.0 tdci you will get around 130bhp,but some of the common faults are some of the common faults are, injectors - the delphi injectors are not the most reliable and often loose there code or pack up all togeather so look for black smoke

Make sure the temp' gauge does a full sweep at first. That will rule that out as the problem. Urgent Please - Changing drivers-side drive shaft. Hi I am changing drive shaft on the off-side (drivers side) on my Mondeo Mk3 2.0 TDCI 2005. There seems to be a bit of a debate as to whether the gearbox needs draining before changing the driveshaft. Can anyone please confirm whether or not this is the case.

Mondeo Mk3 Turbo issues. Bit of a turbo issue with my 07 Mondeo TDCI MK3 with Duratorq engine and was wondering if anybody could help decipher what part is actually wrong so i can fix it. Car engine developed low grumbling noise at idle and whilst driving, check engine light came on and subsequently went into limp mode where it has stayed.

I have just purchased a 2003 Mondeo mk3 with the 90ps duratorq engine. I saw the car twice before i purchased, unfortuantly both times it was hot and making no noises. long story short i have decided to replace the cam chain tensioner as that end of the chain is making a horrible noise for the first 15 minutes of operation each day, the car has .
